I made a backup with the help of the portal. I choosed the ‘computer file’ tab and I defined a path to store the file in the local network (network drive letter:\nameofmyfolder). I launched the backup but the backup file is not available in the folder I defined (see above). Where is my backup file ?

As far as I understand, you are using docker installation of Workspace. This way you need to specify the path inside the Community server container. There’re a few mapped to the host folders there, please try to specify this path: /var/log/onlyoffice/. This folder is mapped to the host here: app/onlyoffice/CommunityServer/logs
