Using the NextCloud version -
When I open a doc in incognito mode via browser, document is formated correctly, when I open as a logged in user (nextcloud) in the same browser formatting is all wrong. Bold isn’t bold, font isn’t correct font. Any ideas?

Hello @Atherton

To better understand your situation, we would require some additional information from you. Specifically, we would need to know the version of the ONLYOFFICE Document Server you are using, as well as the version of NextCloud. Additionally, it would be helpful to know the type of installation you have for both NextCloud and Document Server, as well as any guides you may have followed during the installation process.

Furthermore, we kindly request that you provide us with screenshots that depict the situation you are facing, along with a detailed description of the scenario. With this information, we will be better equipped to provide you with a resolution to your issue.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and assistance.

I’m not the server admin, it seems to be fine when first installed but started happening last week, it only seems to affect me as a user.

As an example, created a new document (.docx). I typed in the text and then bolded 2nd line

NextCloud ver 25.0.1
Only Office Document Editor version 7.2.0.204

We suggest that you contact your administrator to clarify the type of installation for the Document Server. This information will be helpful in resolving the issue that you are currently facing.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the version of Document Server 7.2.0 is outdated. We strongly recommend that you update to the latest version to ensure that you have access to the latest features and fixes. After updating, please check if the issue you are facing is still present.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

I’ve forwarded to admin, opening the same document up in a different browser seemed to have solved the problem so must be some sort of local user caching? or something…
