Document could not be saved error - [ERROR] nodeJS - postData error

Type of installation of the Document Server (docker, deb/rpm, exe): window package
OS: Window 10
Browser version: Version 101.0.4951.67

Dear team,

I have installed document server for window using window installer. Then download Nodejs sample code and run. I also have set “siteUrl” to “http://localhost:80/” in default.json. When I open localhost:3000 everything work well but when try o open a document it keep pop up error modals.

Did I do anything wrong? Thanks for reviewing this post.

Hello,
According to the error, Document Server cannot access 127.0.0.1:3000 address to download a file. There might be some network issue.
Please install the NodeJS example on some other server and check the result. Also please note that you need a Server version of Windows to install the Document Server:

We also don’t test the functioning of the Document Server with Docker on Windows, so I cannot guarantee correct work.
