I have just installed the community version of DocSpace using the install script. I used the Docker option. Where does the “My Documents” point to and can I change this to a different location.
On a separate note is there an official Docker Compose file for this somewhere?

You can find files here: /var/lib/docker/volumes/onlyoffice_app_data/_data/Products/Files/
Please clarify your final goal. What do you want to achieve by changing files folder path?
As for docker-compose, technically the installation is already underway using compose files: DocSpace-buildtools/install/docker at master · ONLYOFFICE/DocSpace-buildtools · GitHub
These compose files are being downloaded to /app/onlyoffice/ during the installation process.
