Do your onlyoffice app on server side provide features like thumbnail in Microsoft Word, it looks like the Screenshot as follows

Hello, there is a thumbnail feature in PDF Editor (viewer), it can be accessed from the left panel menu: View Settings and Navigation Tools - ONLYOFFICE
There is currently no such feature in Document Editor
