Hello,
I have a problem with Onlyoffice and my Bluetooth keyboard.
When I write something with the keyboard, it always takes one or two seconds for the letter to appear on the monitor.
Typing quickly is impossible…
In addition, the virtual keyboard always appears, even if it is switched off in the settings.
This only happens with Onlyoffice, otherwise in no other app and I have also tried it on another mobile phone, exactly the same problem, only with Onlyoffice.
What could be the reason?

Could you possibly record a video demonstrating the typing delay you experience with the external keyboard? This would be immensely helpful for us to attempt replicating and addressing the issue.

We were unable to reproduce the typing delay issue on Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 and Tab S8 running Android 14 with a Samsung Trio 500 Bluetooth keyboard.
Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to test with the exact OS and keyboard model due to their unavailability. However, we have a clear scenario to reproduce the issue.
Could you please provide the document you are trying to edit, and let us know where exactly it is opened? Is it stored in a third-party cloud, local storage, or a portal section?

We are actively working to reproduce the problem with delayed typing when using external keyboards, but so far, we’ve been unable to replicate it. It’s possible the issue is related to your specific keyboard model.
