Could you please tell us which version of the Document Server you are using? You can check this in the “About” section of the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors.

You can upload a file to any cloud storage that does not require registration to download and share the external link here. If the document contains sensitive data, you can send the link via PM.

It turns out that the problem is already known to us, it is registered in the internal tracking system under the number 59931.

We are working on it.
