Data restore error

Community Server/Control Panel version: 12.5.2.1848/3.5.0.516
Type of installation of Workspace (docker, deb/rpm, exe): Docker
OS: Linux Ubuntu 22.04
Browser version: Chrome, Firefox

Hi Masters!

Given 2 pcs on which linux (Ubuntu 22.04) is installed, and running Onlyoffice Docker versions.
I followed the official given instruction: LINK
Everything works fine, BUT the backup process on Control Panel runs successfully on PC1. On PC2 it says an error when restoring: “Error while performing operation”

Everything is the same between the two machines: Onlyoffice version, Control Panel,Docker, OS … but it still gives an error. :neutral_face:
Has anyone encountered this kind of error because Google can’t find any information about it either?

Could you please send the following logs of the community server (path: /app/onlyoffice/CommunityServer/logs ):

  • svcBackup.date.log (with the dates when the issue occurred)
  • web.date.log (with the dates when the issue occurred)
  • web.api.log

Send us also a screenshot of the page with opened browser’s console (choose Network tab in browser’s console) and reproduce the issue again, so the information in browser’s console is shown.
