Customized charts or diagrams always switching to default style and font

If I use a table and create a chart or diagram and starting to customize the chart (font Calibri to Arial, size, etc.) it switch back to the size and default font from the style any time I change some thing on other parts of the diagram or even if I update the values. This is in Desktop and Document Server same problem.
In MS Excel it’s working fine and don’t switch back to default anytime.

I can’t work with this problem the diagrams are useless with this bug.

Document Server version: 7.5
Type of installation of the Document Server (docker, deb/rpm, exe)
OS: MacOS Sonoma 14.1
Browser version: Firefox 118

Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to reproduce the issue: I’ve created random table and made a chart based on this, when I change any data the style of elements remains the same. Can you record video demonstration of the issue or at least provide step-by-step scenario on how to reproduce it?
Additionally, please specify type of installation of Document Server and how Desktop Editors are installed in your set up.
