Custom dictionaries?

Is there a way to create custom dictionaries? If so, how do I access them? The base US English one is really incomplete, it lacks a lot of basic stuff like the words “didn’t” or “doesn’t”.

In this official guide (https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/onlyoffice-editors/onlyoffice-document-editor/helpfulhints/spellchecking.aspx) you can find next information:

In the desktop version , it’s also possible to add words into a custom dictionary which is common for all three editors.

Also

if the current word is missed in the dictionary, you can add it to the custom dictionary. This word will not be treated as a mistake next time. This option is available in the desktop version.

So right-clicking the word and selecting “Add to Dictionary” will start creating your custom dictionary.
However, right now there is no way to access this dictionary, thus it is used exclusively by Desktop Editors.

How can I create a custom dictionary for an indigenous language (Xavante) in OnlyOffice?

In Microsoft Word, I can select an unused language in Brazil (e.g., Afrikaans) and then create a custom dictionary file with a list of words. How do I achieve the same thing in OnlyOffice?

Just to add some information… I’m using Ubuntu 22.04 and OnlyOffice 8.3.3.21 (deb)

At the moment, as far as I know, it’s not possible to add a fully custom dictionary for a new language like Xavante in ONLYOFFICE.
Could you please clarify — are you using ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors or a different version (e.g ONLYOFFICE Docs) ?

I’d like to do the same for onlyoffice, so I could use it.
