CSV Seperator Default

There should be a standard CSV seperator setting. Whenever you open an CSV Speadsheets asks to select the seperator. This results in many unneccesary selections when working with many CSV files. If a standard seperator could be set in settings we could save much time.

We have added your suggestion into our internal tracker under the number 61879 to add possibility to set default separator for .csv files.
