Crm flag email


we are using the latest version of onlyoffice workspace.
Regarding the E-Mail-Section I was wondering wether there is a way to see if an email conversation is already connected to a crm contact.

Currently I don’t see directly if a conversation is already connected to a CRM contact. So in order to validate this I have to open the contact and see if the connection is already established.

Unfortunatelt, this feature is currently not present in the ONLYOFFICE software. Nevertheless, we will consider your message a suggestion and forward it to the development department for further consideration.
