First things first, please note that Document server doesn’t support Windows 10 (any desktop versions of Windows). Please check out this title: https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/installation/docs-community-sys-reqs-windows.aspx
Please try deploying Document Server on the Windows server and re-check the situation.

Sorry for the late reply.
Please reproduce the situation and make screenshot of the error itself in the web browser (with opened browser console > Console and Network tabs). After that please provide us with whole Document server logs folder. It’s located here: Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\DocumentServer\Log
