Hi @Bardak
Unfortunately, there are still no updates on the timeline for the fix.
Hello,
I stopped by the forum to check if there has been any progress on this issue. Honestly, I believe this is one of the basic table functionalities necessary for proper use and workflow. If we format a table in a specific way and the formatting doesn’t move along with new rows when added but instead stays fixed in position, it makes the table non-functional and unusable.
I understand the need to introduce new features and fix bugs according to certain priorities, but it’s surprising that an issue like this hasn’t been addressed for over two years. It’s particularly frustrating because we’re forced to rely on far less private options as a result.
I hope that something will change in the foreseeable future and that this problem will finally be resolved.

As a business owner, I’m in contact with people who are engaged in similar work as I am. We use tables not only for managing our business but also for project planning, scheduling, and sharing information among employees. Often, we create specific tables with tailored formatting to simplify and speed up data entry, especially when dealing with shared files within a project group.
In our country, where we currently face challenges with an authoritarian regime, we need software options that not only provide functionality but also ensure privacy. We are still forced to use and pay for Office 365 packages solely because their tools work efficiently and save us time and effort.
In entrepreneurial groups I’m a part of, this topic often comes up in discussions, and OnlyOffice is frequently mentioned because of these minor issues that prevent us from adopting it fully. Everything else regarding the interface, cloud functionality, and file-sharing capabilities fits our needs perfectly. However, when it comes to tables, I find it unacceptable that such a bug has remained unresolved for over two years.
We remain patient and keep track of updates, observing the changes with each new version. I hope something changes in the foreseeable future so I can let everyone know it’s time to make the switch to your platform.
Thank you for sharing your experiences and concerns. I’ve added your feedback and the reasons you’ve mentioned to our team for review.
Thank you for helping us improve our product.
