Copied pictures from OO should be stored in the clipboard as picture (it seem it's not the case)

In a docx document, I have a picture.
I want to use it a picture editor (ex : gimp, pinta,…).
Problem : after I copied it in OO (right clic - copy), when I paste it in a picture editor (pinta, krita, Gimp), it does not work (error message: no picture in the clipboard).

Good to know:

  • pasting the picture in another office app (ex : LO) works
  • in LO, copying a picture then pasting it in an image editor works.

So I suggest that OO copy action works differently so that pictures are stored as pictures.
