Connection to localhost failed

I meet a issue that onlyoffice show connection to localhost failed when I install onlyoffice in company intranet，while work well test with navicat.

Where does it show such problem? Can you share more information about your environment? For instance, version and type of installation of Document Server, type and version of OS where Document Server is installed.

The only office version I am using is Community Edition 8.3.0, installed on a Windows 10 system without using Docker. The error occurred during the installation process, as the required components had already been installed in advance due to being on the company intranet.

Please note that Document Server is meant to be installed on Windows Server, not the regular edition. I can only recommend checking out ports and their availability on your server. The list of ports for Document Server installation is available here:
