Connecting telegram bot to portal

Здравствуйте! Не получается подключить рассылку через телеграмм.
Ругается на токен. Адрес облака eir.astrobl.ru, лицензии нет.

As far as I understand, you are facing this error entry “Invalid format. A valid token looks like …” when you are trying to enable Telegram on your portal. If so, we know about this issue (internal number - 54566). We are working on it. The fix will be placed with Community server v.12. We are going to release v.12 in April.
