Connecting error: Nextcloud and OnlyOffice

Type of installation of the Document Server (docker, deb/rpm, exe, please point us to the installation guide that you used as well): ‘native’ linux installation (no docker)
Connector version: Version 9.7.0
OS: Rocky Linux, kernel: 5.14.0-503.26.1.el9_5.x86_64, PHP 8.2.27, httpd-2.4.62-1.el9_5.2.x86_64
Browser version: Firefox 136.0 (64-bit),
Additional information:

  • Installation performed on my home server.
  • I have a domain (wo-lar.com). Certificate from letsencrypt that is up to date
  • Nextcloud is installed and works just fine.
  • I downloaded and enabled OnlyOffice from Nextcloud’s repository.
  • I am stuck now with configuring ONLYOFFICE Docs address.
    I tried all these combinations:

https ://wo-lar.com resulting in

 Error when trying to connect (Client error: `GET https://wo-lar.com/healthcheck` resulted in a `404 Not Found` response: 404 Not Found Not Found (truncated...) )

https ://www.wo-lar.com, resulting in

As nextcloud is not installed in http root but in a sub-directory, I tried also the following

This quote has got my atention… the OnlyOffice app that exist into Nextcloud repository will allow you only to create a link between Nextcloud and OnlyOffice server…
if you look into the app settings, you may noticed it… here a screenshot:

Do you have OnlyOffice Server installed?

Yes, please make sure Document Server is installed and accessible from the machine with Nextcloud (you can try wget from both machines and check), also make sure that https is enabled on both sides. Send us the screenshot of your Nextcloud settings from the page suggested by @Yassine as well as the version of Onlyoffice Docs installed, Document Server logs (/var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver)
