Confluence integration problem

I have installed onlyoffice 7.1 by docker and integration with confluence .

Now i can create the docs on confluence attachment page with “new document” button

i also can edit the docs using “ edit in onlyoffice ” button

Success creates docs and view & edit docs on confluence . but also i got the popup error page （tab page）when i click the "new document " button

Page Not Found

We can’t find that page. This could be because:

  • The page doesn’t exist.
  • The page exists, but you don’t have view permission for that space.

Please provide us with additional information:

  1. Confluence version
  2. Connector app version
  3. Please reproduce the issue with open browser console > check ‘Console’ and ‘Network’ tabs. Are there any error entries?
  4. Does the issue reproduce only on your account? Do other users face this issue?

I believe we have to run it from scratch:

  1. Confluence version
  2. Connector app version
  3. Document server version
  4. Please reproduce the issue with open browser console > check ‘Console’ and ‘Network’ tabs. Are there any error entries?

Thank you for additional information. Could you please reproduce the situation and record a videofile? After that please provide us with whole Document server logs folder. It’s located here:
docker: /app/onlyoffice/DocumentServer/logs/documentserver/
deb\rpm: /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/
Windows: Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\log
