Conditionals rules copy/paste

Not being able to copy conditionals rules is a real pain. I have more than 50 lines with two rules each cells, I have to edit each rules to specify the wanted since cells relative coordinates are not accepted. I’ll switch back to OnlyOffice when this would be available, I can’t take such time just to do this.

Hi @jellyfish :wave:

To clarify, is this the same issue that was mentioned in this post on our forum: Bug: Spreadsheet Conditional Formatting is Pasted Only in the First Cell, Not in the Next Ones?

Please let me know if this is the same problem, or if there are any additional details that could help us better understand the situation.

As far as I understand, his two problems are the same.

  1. It’s impossible to use relative cells coordinates (e.g. =A1), which prevents the user to be able to paste a conditional rule to multiple cells (the user have to update both the cell related to the rule and every cell provided in the rule itself);
  2. Paste a conditional rule doesn’t work above 1 cell (the others cells only get the formula, not the conditional rule).

Hi @jellyfish

Would you be able to record a short video demonstrating your scenario? It’s still a bit unclear how exactly you’re copying the conditional formatting rule and where the issue with relative cell references comes up. Seeing the exact behavior would help us better understand and investigate the problem.

Apologies for the delayed reply, and thank you for your patience!
