Conditional Formatting rules

hi,

in the spreadsheet added conditional formatting rules by formula, something like
=$N:$N<=0 colorize row $A:$M

this rule works fine, but if you copy the line (for example, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V), in the same sheet, the rule is duplicated and with each copying adds the same new rule.

is this an error or a feature?

We have checked mentioned scenario. This is not a bug, but expected behavior.
