Colored and common text boxes, disappear, in the text files

Hello everything is fine? today, 03/04/2023, I’m testing the version released in January of this year, the compatibility is good but, when I open a file that was created in Word or LibreOffice Writer, my colored tables are gone, they contain important texts, but when opening these files by ONLYOFFICE, I can’t see them.

Here is my feedback. I’ve been using OO on a daily basis for 1 month, in replacement of MSO. Styles (including tables styling) are still a little source of frustration for me, as they are less manageable (or differently managed) in OO than in MSO.
I still have surprises when I open files created with PPT or paste data between two files.
On my todo-list, I have “read the manual”, if you have time, you could do the same. Otherwise, I suggest you to, if possible, share one of the files.

Thanks for answering my message! I recently joined a Telegram group for Brazilians and one of the employees replied that: the integration between Libre Office and Only Office is the real problem, but it has already passed to the responsible area, as I currently work with 2 packages, Libre and Microsoft.
