Hi,
Have you considered updating the “Choose CSV option” panel? In my opinion it’s really bad because when I open CSV file for first time I do not necessary have to know what is the delimiter of the file.
It would be great if you could add some preview or something like that, because right now it’s just guessing.

Not necessarily, I am just saying that current sulution is not perfect as it’s asking about think that I don’t know before I open the file itself.
Please explain as detailed as possible how you would like it to work
Ok, so in my opinion it should work like in Excel Online, where it suggest you correct delimiter (you can set multiple like space and coma)
And at the same time you see how it will look like after applying the delimiter.
Here is example where I applied the wrong one and the preview window shows that text will not be divided into columns:
