Changes missing in documents

OS: Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS
Browser version: Different Browsers

Hey! We use OnlyOffice Docs with our Nextcloud.
Some of my users reported me, that changes they made are not in the files when they open them again. There is no error message for them. This happened again today around 12:15 german time.

Can anyone check our logs and see if there is a problem we can fix?
Is it safe to post the docservice/out.log here or do i have to mask some information?
