I only have 1 public IP and need serve with nextcloud also. Looking of information change the onlyoffice listen port. To non 443 port an Maintenace secure connection

Hello,
You can change the port in ds.conf which can be found here: /etc/onlyoffice/documentserver/nginx/ds.conf
After that remember to run systemctl restart nginx command.
