Can't open docx file in onlyoffice

When open a docx-python created docx using onlyoffice, it returns me a blank docx in onlyoffice web, but I can open it locally with MS word(office 365) without error
Can anyone suggestion a reason why this happened? thanks !
only office server version: 7.4.0-163

Please elaborate on how the file was created. Did you use any specific tool for it? Is it possible to share a file itself?

I use docx-python and docxtpl to create and modify docx file, and I checked xml content, found some stranges

<w:p w14:paraId=“6437A1E7” w14:textId=“133FE34E” w:rsidR=“007E6835” w:rsidRPr=“00F85F8B” w:rsidRDefault=“007E6835” w:rsidP=“00FD274C”/></w:t><w:br/><w:t xml:space=“preserve”>

there is a redundant line in word, after I deleted this line, it can open in onlyoffice.
