Can't connect Onlyoffice to Nextcloud

Hi,
For about a couple of weeks we’ve having problems with the Onlyoffice integration on Nextcloud.
We’re checked every forum but nothing is working.

When clicking on save on the NC page we get:
“Error al intentar establecer la conexión (Se ha producido un error en el servicio de documentos: Error while downloading the document file to be converted.) (versión 7.5.1.23)”

Local .json file:

Any leads would be appreciated.
We’ve tried everything. Even reinstalling Docs Server.

Thanks.

Hello @Ricardo-VIvar

Please provide also versions of these items:

  • version of Nextcloud;
  • version of the connector app.

In general, please make a screenshot of the connector app page when pressing Save button with all information that you are providing in the fields. In case of safety, you can provide this information to me via PM.

Hi,
Nextcloud version: 24.0.5
Version of conector: 7.5.1.23

Thanks

Did you recently enable HTTPS on Document Server side? If yes, please try executing command bash /usr/bin/documentserver-update-securelink.sh on the server where Document Server is installed and checking the situation again.

If it does not help, please provide logs of Document Server for analysis:

  • Windows: C:\Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\Log\
  • Linux: /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/
