Create a dropdown list (which refer to a list of cells in another cell, the syntax looks like: =Sheet2!$A$1:$A$3) in a cell in an Excel file with Yozo Office (popular in China). Upload the file to the cloud and open it with the document service, select the cell, I cannot see the dropdown list.
Not sure if it is problem of Yozo Office or OnlyOffice. While, I can see the dropdown list when opening the same Excel file with Libre Office or WPS(another polular Office software in China), and with only OnlyOffice I cannot see the dropdown list created by Yozo Office. Note: I haven’t tried MS Office.
I would consider this IS a small problem of OnlyOffice, because with other Office softwares the dropdown list functions well.
For the benefit of OnlyOffice, considering the popularity of Yozo Office in China, suggest OnlyOffice fixes this.
Thank you!

I cannot upload a sample file as I am a new user to this forum. You can contact me via email if needed.
Checked again. The validation works. Just cannot see the list when clicking the down arrow nearby the cell.
Hello @yangjianhui ,
Probably, it is the same issue as discussed in this topic: Drop-down list in the spreadsheet - #4
If so, please confirm and wait for the news regarding the issue there (it is related to the bug)
@DmitriiV It seems these two issues are different. The dropdown list cannot be seen when the Excel file created by Yozo Office is opened by either the OnlyOffice desktop editor (ver. 8.2.0.143) or the document service (ver. 7.1.1). A dropdown list in an Excel file created by the OnlyOffice desktop editor (ver. 8.2.0.143) can been seen with no problem when being opened in the document service (ver. 7.1.1). I guess the problem (cannot correctly parse the dropdown list in Yozo created excel files) exists in all versions of OnlyOffice. I can upload a sample Yozo created excel file when being allowed to do so. Would like to emphasize again that dropdown lists in Yozo created excel files can be parsed correctly by other Office softwares (Libre, WPS; not tried MS Office yet) with OnlyOffice the only exception(I suppose MS Office can parse them correctly).
@yangjianhui Yes, please provide the file. I’ve granted you the required permissions
I have the same problem. The arrow of a drop down list does not appear when using OnlyOffice to open an Excel file. I have since saved this file as an .ods file. I’m not able to recreate this file from scratch on OnlyOffice as this is a payroll sheet and was given to me by the accounting department.
I see. Yes, probably there are two separate issues related to drop-down list or both issues are related to the same bug, we are still analyzing. Anyway, I’ll provide the details later in the above-mentioned thread as it is currently the main thread for discussing above-mentioned two drop-down list issues. I’ll be closing this thread. Thank you for sharing!
