Cannot open any document, it say “Conversion failed!”. Whether i open the file from onlyoffice or from file manager and open with onlyoffice, or even create a new file within the app, it’s the same.

And can these files be opened with other mobile editors on your device?

Do you integrate the Editor app with any Cloud/etc.?
Yes, the files can be opened with other mobile editors. Tested on apps, WPS Offce, Collabora office, AndrOpen office, to open my document files from internal storage and external sd card, including those sample document created by ONLYOFFICE Documents app, they all work no problem.
About previous version, well it has no problem before, but i tried installing the older version of the app and it has this problem too. The one that has changed was not really the app version, but rather my Android OS, so i think the problem is might has to do with that.
And no i do not use any cloud, i only use it for offline documents.
I have sent you the link for specific apk version download, please try installing it.
Also, are you sure that it stopped working right after the update? Did you update and discover the issue long ago?
Hello. After some more testing and other stuff, I Decided to switched back to a different ROM or my phone, and this app works normally again like it used to. So the problem might be from my previous ROM, though it’s a little strange that it only affecting this app(at least for document editor app i’ve tried). If it would be any help, incase you want to look into it further, i have tried to take logcat when opening document on both ROM.
Yes, I was going to ask to provide debug logs if possible, it would be really helpful
