Cannot access my files stored in Personal cloud

I cannot access any of my files stored in my Personal account; I can see and select them on the list, but at the moment of trying to establish a connection timeouts occur, regardless of the client utilized.

A colleague of mine is also unable to access shared documents from my Personal account. Is there currently an ongoing problem with the servers?

Could you provide an update on the situation - is the issue still in place?
Just checked and everything seems to be working.
