Hey @zhang
It looks like you have been given a link to a “read-only”
Please describe the problem in more detail. Could you please reproduce the issue and provide us with videofile/gif?
Thanks for your kind reply, I’m sure it’s never read only mode, there seems to be a problem with socket connection, when I restarted ds-documentserver.service, part of menbers can be edited after reconnection, others are still not editable, I reinstalled oo(onlyoffice), but the problem still exists, I troubleshoot all the problems via /var/log/onlyoffce, still can’t solve it.
I need to take a look at Document server logs to check the situation. Please provide me with it. It’s located here:
docker: /app/onlyoffice/DocumentServer/logs/documentserver/
deb\rpm: /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/
Windows: Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\log
You can send me logs via PM.
I have solved the problem by reinstalling my ubuntu server system and replacing nextcloud as a network drive, I think the previous problem should be caused by the file locking configuration, and this is just my speculation, I have seen the relevant configuration and explanation about the file locking.
I suspected that exceeding the user limit was involved here. (providing external links for editing)
What does the user limit mean, the concurrency limit of 20 people or the user limit of the cloud? It is reasonable that there should not be, only two people open the same document editing will also have such problems.
I assumed that an external link was added to one or more files on the server.
So there were 20 users who were granted access to the editor. Thus, the limit was exceeded.
But I uninstalled and reinstalled onlyoffice and owncloud, deleted the old configuration information, this problem still exists, how to explain it?
