Hello! I’m using the latest ONLYOFFICE Workspace CE on a Linux server install (not docker), and I’m trying to setup CalDAV… But for some reason it just won’t work… if I’m accessing from outside of my network, it won’t even give me a CalDAV link (just saying:“Preparing a link for export”)(no errors, just infinite this)… but even if I’m at my local network, when I try to add it, it just won’t work, and says:" Could not validate your username or password"…
if I’m accessing from outside of my network, it won’t even give me a CalDAV link
Do I understand it right that other Workspace functionality works as expected outside your network?
Please try to reproduce the situation and record a video file. After that please collect logs folder, it’s located here: /var/log/onlyoffice/
One more thing, please go to the host and show the output result of apt list --installed | grep onlyoffice command.
Since that, I have moved to Windows Server, and what I could achieve so far, is that, when I try to access the. CalDAV link from browser, or from terminal with curl and login credentials (it still doesn’t give me a CalDAV link btw, I have to write out, copying the one, that it gives from local network), it does work (only with http), but when I try to add it to macOS Calendar for e.g. it says… that "Couldn’t verify the account’s username or password… Any ideas on that ?
Hello @rmf01
Sadly, we still need to take a look at the logs to figure out the situation. On Windows Server they’re located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\CommunityServer\Logs
Additionally, please record a video file of your test.
