Hello @Fred_a2m2 @Alli_Lupin

I am very sorry for being absent for a while.
We are working in this issue. I will update this thread once I have something to share.

Hello @Fred_a2m2 @Alli_Lupin

We have created bug report number 59585 based on this issue. The fix comes out with the version 7.3 of our editors that will be available in first quarter of 2023.

OK, but what about mobile app for android?

I’m very sorry for failing to mention mobile app. For the mobile app fix will be released with version 5.6.0 that will be available in the same time frames.

Hello @Fred_a2m2 @Alli_Lupin

We have released version 7.3.0 of Document Server. Please update your current instance and check the situation.
Unfortunately, version 5.6.0 of Mobile Editors will be available a bit later.
