Bug - WIN + Left or right Arrow no longer works when OO is maximized

When I create or open a document, with the OO editor window maximized, the WIN+ ← or WIN + → no longer works: the window is no longer moved on the left or right side of the screen.
Note that when the editor is not maximised, the keyboard shortcuts are working.
