Image is not displayed in the document when open in Onlyoffice desktop (7.3/Windows), everything is fine in Word.

We were able to reproduce described issue with and based on this behavior we’ve created bug report number 61586 in our internal bug tracker. We’ll try to fix it in the next release.

Thank you for fixing this bug in this release already, but I found another one also related to the .doc format.
In the document .doc the checkboxes are not displayed, I attach an example.
