Bad time value in xlsx cell

Open this minimal working example and there are some dates in it. The problem is that cells A1, A7, A8, A9 and A10 show a time value, one minute before what was saved in the original xlsx file.

OS version: Arch Linux
App version: 6.4.1 from installed from AUR (basically the .deb version)
The same error persist also on a freashly installed up-to-date Debian 10 with the version installed directly downloaded from the homepage.

Can you check the issues?
