Backup storege location for "computer file" option

How should I write correct path to get backup in “computer file” option.
If i paste for example "E:\Backup" or “E:\Backup” it doesn,t work.

I didn’t write that stands on windows serwer.

As per guide on Backup usage:

  • select the Computer file tab if you wish to save the backup on your local drive. In the Choose the storage location field that appears below, specify the path to the folder where you wish to store your backup.

This means that this options allows you to save the backup to the specified location on the server where Workspace is installed.

Does it return any error when making a backup to Computer file?

Where should I look for any error of backup?
I set path “E:\Backup” and later "E:\Backup" but no file appear on server in path E:\Backup

Right on the backup page when making the backup itself you will see a small message on status in top-right corner.

May I ask you to specify versions of all components of Workspace? You can find them in Control Panel > Update.

I have small message like “at least one error occurred”
control panel v 3.5.421
communityserver v 12.5.1228
documentserver v. 75.1.23

Please provide logs of Control Panel and Community Serer from folders:

  1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\ControlPanel\Logs
  2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\CommunityServer\Logs

I’d ask you to archive them into a singe archive and upload to any cloud storage to share the link.

By the way, newer versions of these components are available.
