Additional information: I want to automatically backup all documents to my local hard drive and keep them for one week. Is there any way to do this?

Please note that newer version of DocSpace is available. I’d recommend updating to the actual version to get better experience.
For the backup feature please refer to this guide:
As for the keeping the backup file for a certain amount of time: you can set up Automatic backups, but DocSpace does not provide possibility to set up a timer for deletion of old backups.
