  1. Deployed via docker swarm
  2. Docker version 20.10.22, build 3a2c30b

Please provide full Document Server logs directory (as an archive file), not as a command’s output.
Also, please clarify, what do you integrate Document Server with?
Finally, we recommend to update your Docker to the current 25.0.4 version, as the version you are using is deprecated (Docker Engine | endoflife.date) and using it may result in different issues

Unable to upload files archive files, provide download address view
documentserver.zip

There is no integration with third party platforms, only in their own development of the website integration

Please try updating your Docker as well as installed Document Server to the latest versions (for Document Server it is version 8.0.1) and check if the issue remains.
If so, please provide us the whole command with which you installed Document Server using Docker (so we would be able to see what you map, etc.).

The docker image has been upgraded, but the problem still exists. The running configuration of docker is shown in the following figure

Hello,

But it can be seen from your screenshot that documentserver:7.5.1 image is still in use.
Also, did you update Docker?
And please provide the full command with which you install Document Server

Errors occur when document server is deployed in the same stack as other services. But when I put only one document server in the stack, the error disappeared. It’s amazing.

Hello,
We recommend to install Document Server on a clean machine to avoid possible conflicts.
Glad to know the issue is resolved.

The reason may be on websocket?

The reason may rather be in peculiarities of your deployment. It also can be be caused by conflicts with other services. Although, it cannot be said for sure based on the info provided
