Open a word file. If file contains image, using Api.Save forcesave document not work. after i delete the image, Api.Save work correct. Why?

Is the situation related to all files or specific ones only? If it’s possible, please reproduce the situation (record a videofile) and provide us with whole Document server logs folder and a test file.
