OS version: MacOS Apple Silicon V13.4 (22F66)
App version: v7.4.1
Downloaded from: ONLYOFFICE website
The application was closed, the tabs with documents were saved using the keyboard shortcut “cmd + s.”
After opening the program and the last file, its content did not correspond to the latest version of 6 pages left one. Explain the reason
hey @Yurgeman
If the program was closed incorrectly, then the files should have remained in the recover files section
How to recover unsaved documents in ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors
"If you are sure you saved the document, then the changes should have been recorded after pressing the ‘cmd + s
’ key combination.
It seems strange that two documents were saved, but the third one wasn’t. I’ve never encountered this before…
At the moment, I can assume two possibilities:
- The program was closed incorrectly.
- Perhaps you didn’t save the document.
(I understand that based on your description, it’s neither 1 nor 2.)
Could you please provide more details about the actions you took while editing the three documents? We will try to reproduce this issue."
