Add suggested text colors and custom text colors for pdf when opening with OO

Hello,

Add these two features:

a. Add suggested colors. This is already available in other OO desktop apps.

b. Add custom text colors. So that we have an option to choose any text color we want. This is already available in other OO desktop apps.

We are working on PDF editing feature at the moment. Your suggestion is directly related to this feature, so I cannot provide any information until we release this option. I suggest returning to these proposals as soon as the right time comes.
