Hello. I have an Acer Chromebook Plus 514. I downloaded OnlyOffice via Linux. Everything is OK with the program, but only one -to me very important- detail: I am not able to make the tilde (accent mark á, é, etc) in any of the fonts in your program. In all my others programs and laptop, I am able to make this sign. Could you please give me some advice?
It sounds like OnlyOffice on your Acer Chromebook Plus 514 (via Linux) does not recognize your keyboard layout for accents.
Check OnlyOffice Settings
Some programs have built-in input settings. Try:
- Going to OnlyOffice Settings > Language & Input
- Checking if the correct keyboard layout is selected.
If this method is not working, then try removing and reinstalling OnlyOffice.
thank you. I already tried both things and it is not working. Also I tried many other solutions chatGPT and CLaude suggested me. Nothing works! I think is an error of the product -my laptop is new, I bought it 2 weeks ago. Some other people is having the same issue but the people who work for this company were not able to solve this problem.
Hello @santanatalita
Please share a link to the resource from which you downloaded the app. Also, please let me know keyboard layout that used and with which you are experiencing issues with typing characters with accents.
