This one is a must for a modern application, IMO. Most programs offer this, including MS Office. There are items in the toolbars I don’t use and items I wish were there. Especially the home toolbar in documents. The styles boxes take up most of the space, but I don’t use them. Even keeping them, they could be presented more compactly leaving room for other items.
