The problem is that document server does not validate self-signed certificates by default.
The best way to avoid errors is to set rejectUnauthorized to false in default.json, which can be found under this directory C:\Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\config\.
After you have made changes to default.json, make sure you restart all ONLYOFFICE Document Server services in Windows Services. This way the changes will be implemented.
