OnlyOffice Plugin lags in Nextcloud

Hello everyone,

I’m using Nextcloud as my cloud storage solution and OnlyOffice to edit documents within it. However, I’ve been experiencing significant lag while working. Scrolling is delayed, and buttons respond slowly, making it quite frustrating to use.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I would appreciate any tips or solutions to improve the performance.

Please provide additional info:

  1. What is the versions of the Document Server?
  2. What is the version of Nextcloud?
  3. What is the version of Connector App?
  4. Screen recording of the issue reproduction with devTools Console and Network tabs of browser opened (F12 for Chrome/Firefox)

Openoffice 9.4.0 and communitydocumentserver 01.1.18
[Nextcloud Hub 8] (29.0.5)
I don’t know what the connector app is tbh.
The newer documents work fine, the older documents are problematic. I cannot show it to you per screen recording because it is confidential.
