Lost second factor for Admin-Access

Hi,

I lost my second factor for the Admin-User. There is no second admin configured.
I have access to the database but I could not find an entry to disable the second factor.

How could I get access back?

OK, I could get access to the admin-Panel with adding another user via ldap and setting this user with admin-group in db.
My primary admin (owner) is disabled in the settings and i see no way to activate this user?
How could this be done?

As far as understand you have solved the issue with MFA with other admin account.

It’s a little bit strange. Could you please make a screenshot of this account from People module? Is this ldap account?
