After installing version 9 hyphenation no longer works

I updated to version 9.0.0.172 of onlyOffice and created a new document.
Previous I was able to start automatic hyphenation.

Now there is no change with turned on or off hyhenation.

Steps to reproduce:

  • open document (not pdf)
  • open ribbon Layout
  • click the hyphenation button (new design, now its serveral lines with an arrow)
  • choose automatic

Settings are set to
(checked) Automatic Split
(checked) Uppercase words
Zone 0.01cm (tried 0.34, 0.64, 0.75, 3 and 5 cm)
No - on the drop down

Language is set to German for the full document, spell checker is working.

I had this working on the older versions.
Adding a ‘-’ manually works, but spell checker then fails.

Any ideas?

QA confirmed that the issue persists, the bug was registered. We are already working on it to fix as soon as possible.

One solution is to save the document as a PDF. However, this is not quite sufficient because, for example, the page numbers in the table of contents cannot be corrected at the same time.
